Domain-Name
I will purchase the domain-name in my name initially and we will
transfer to your entire ownership.

domain company will send you an email several weeks beofre the expiry
date to remind you or You
can
purchase ownership for up to 10
years, but if you do
NOT renew, then the domain-name becomes available for anyone else to
own.

Hosting
Hosting: All domains require web-space and this is generally rented on
a
monthly or annual basis. Again, i will pay for
hosting of this account for the first six months and then you will be
required to pay to maintain this hosting otherwise the content of your
website will disappear from the web.
Costs usually in the region of $5pm.
Creation
I will put it all together... I will ensure the domain-name is directed
at the hosting space, and that the hosting space picks up the
appropriate website. I will create the sales page and all sales will go
to your paypal account. This will be
100% profit as you will not be purchasing any stock or have any
shipping costs or customer returns or enquiries to deal with.
Paypal
You will create your own paypal account (with my guidance if req'd). I
will ensure the profits go into your account, and i
would then advise that you change your paypal password to ensure utmost
security.
Sales Site
I will create the sales site and I will use a WordPress format so that
you can easily manage and tweak in the future to make the site uniquely
yours.
Monetising
I have monetised most of the sites with multiple streams of income
including;
Amazon, eBay, Clickbank, Adsense & many also have additional
physical-product links such as Tesco, PCworld, Walmart and some even
have their own eBooks etc.
Some sites sell physical products only, whilst others only sell
electronic knowledge, and some have a mixture of both - really
dependent upon the niche and affiliate product availability.
As
soon as you
have agreed to the above Terms & Conditions, I will let you
know what domains are available. The site will be transferred
to you as soon as possible.
Once you have chosen your website, it will be YOURS and you will not
be able to swop, although i may offer you the
opportunity to purchase a second minisite.
Investment
Your investment is a measly
$3000 only. This is a one-off investment which will give you
your very own custom built website, with multiple streams of income
already pre-built into the site, and 100% of this profit will go
directly into YOUR bank account, for the rest of your life!
Leave Your Legacy
Even after your death, your
website will continue to bring income into your estate for your chosen
beneficiaries. You should leave them detailed instructions
including your login codes and how to maintain/update.
